1. Max Verstappen
As the son of former F1 driver Jos Verstappen, you can bet that Max Verstappen has racing in his veins. Placed behind the wheel at a very young age, his prowess in motor sports saw him through a grand junior career in Formula 3. The Dutchman holds the title as the youngest driver to start a race at 17 years old in 2015. Since then, his fuel for racing has seen him through many highs, winning the 2016 Spanish Grand Prix at age 18, becoming the youngest and the first Dutch driver to win a race.
Verstappen's dominance on the track is evident, receiving praise from former Formula 1 driver Eddie Irvine, naming him “the most dominant team leader on the grid” in 2021.
The Red Bull driver is currently the forerunning favourite to win Formula 1 2023, already topping the podiums this season, including the most recent Hungarian Grand Prix.
